Order Tracking

Once your order has been collected by the courier, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. This will allow you to monitor the status and progress of your shipment in real time

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is made and the customer is not available to receive the parcel:

  • The customer will be responsible for the cost of the product being shipped back to our facility.

  • If re-delivery is required, additional shipping charges will apply.

  • Refunds or order cancellations due to unsuccessful delivery attempts will not be accepted.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel to avoid extra charges or return fees.

Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

Delays caused by natural events (e.g., storms, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances) are beyond our control. In such cases, Ink Depo will not issue refunds related to these delays.
