Tracking order
Once your order has been collected by the courier, you will receive an email with a tracking link, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time.
All products in stock on our website are available for in-store pickup at our physical store located
If a delivery attempt is made but the customer is not at home or the office to receive the package, and the courier is unable to deliver, the following applies:
- The customer will be responsible for the cost of the product being shipped back to our facility.
- If the customer still wishes to receive the product, it will need to be shipped again, and additional shipping costs will apply.
- Refunds or cancellations due to unsuccessful delivery attempts will not be acceptable .
- Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel to avoid any additional charges or return fees.
- Please note that delays caused by the shipping company due to natural events (such as storms, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances) are beyond our control. In such cases, Ink Depo will not refund.
