Refunds

  • Customers may request a refund within 7 days of receiving their order.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Returns

  • All products must be sealed and in original condition to qualify for a return.

  • Ink Depo will cover the courier cost for approved returns.

Warranty

  • All products include a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

  • Warranty claims require the product to be returned for inspection.

  • Ink Depo will replace or refund defective items at its discretion.
